Create a reusable tag by sending its name and the Instagram account that owns it. Your API key needs the `contacts:write` scope and access to `account_id`. ## Request body Send exactly these fields: * `account_id`: the UUID of the Instagram account. * `name`: the tag name. levios trims `name` and collapses consecutive whitespace to one space. The normalized name must contain 1 through 50 characters.
